Finally.
Locked and loaded.
Trading halt sounds to me like the minister wants to walk this announcement into the public.
(After recent statements about a 10 year moratorium on fracking in the South East and not opposing fracking at Coober Pedy etc.)
He can't send out media releases and organise a launch event without risking a leak to the market; trading halt is the right thing to do.

If I am right, the impact will be much greater.

Of course, we are assuming he will be announcing approval and not something else
