Re the freezing temperatures in the Kirgyz Republic. I dont imagine that the cold snap only happens in January.
It might 'warm up' again into single digit negative temps, but will get colder again. So the progress will be slow until spring. Added to that the antique equipment the perforating contractor is trying to use. They have been trying to perforate and test M3#1 since October. Then they need special testing gear to test the deeper gas zone in M3#2, also coming in Spring.
