new significant holding

I have just made an observation while doing some analysis on changes to INL's shareholders over the last 6 months and if you look at the top 200 listings you can make some observations about the changes in structure of the vcompanies holdings.

Firstly a new player has shaped up in the form of DR LEON EUGENE PRETORIUS executive director of Paladin holdings who is now holding 6 million shares in his own name and possibly a significant amount more through other new holding companies. I think he knows a bargain when he sees one, or is there a deeper motive?

Secondly there appears to be additional acquisitions by the top 50 holders over the last three months. Taking advantage of the lower share price i assume?


Does anyone have any thoughts on these observations?
