13.1bill x $15 is near enough to $200 billion I think you'll find....but yes questions remain re met work recoveries etc....but can't deny that's one hell of a lot of Vanadium. Even at highest quoted cutoff there's 2.3bill pounds......
My feeling is the ipo should attract some major attention if met work favorable. They may get 10c per pound if lucky....that'd do even at high cutoff I dare say? Who knows.....plenty of work yet to be done. But they have a very nice platform to base it on.
