Interesting that the letter of agreement includes an exclusive right for 60 business days to tender for buccaneer. Obviously ABU would not have pushed for that as the more bidders the better. This must therefore mean Ark wanted the clause included. At the same rate that could mean a many more millions coming in the next 12 weeks. Who knows!!
Also, to correct a previous post of mine, SupleJack resource upgrade is due at the end of this quarter (not last quarter). I rechecked the previous company presentation and note the annoucement is due at the end of the next block of work related to SupleJack. Apologies to all.
