Agree with you 100%. I felt very peeved as well. They basically wiped 25% value off our shares within a few days and then tried to scramble existing shareholder support in the final days by calling me 3 times to take up up the share offer.
I found that VERY VERY ANNOYING AND INSULTING FOR EXISTING SH's.

I really am tired of this type of behaviour towards us small investors. Had they structured this a little better, then I would have supported the CR.....but not like this.
