    If Glaucus was substantially wrong Blue Sky should have handled the claims with ease.

    Instead they have made one kack-handed response after another using legal language that makes investors think that Glaucus is probably right.

    AFR has written 2-3 stories a day for the last ten days that has made the BLA position almost untenable
