I think its the opposite. Its cash + debtors, which makes is look very low.
The HY report showed $8.2M Cash + 4.7M receivables. That is 12.9M total down to $5.7M as at March 31st - for a cash outflow / change in debtors of -$7.2M
The other alternative is that "drawn debt" is split out in the preso but should've been included in the cash balance - which would mean Cash + debtors = $10.7, for a cash outflow / change in debtors of of -$2.2M
