If the company does what it says then we should get an update on US strategy today.
Further information will help support/bolster the price in my opinion. I think the company is just plagued turning commitments to actual dollars in the bank. Keep in mind though, once this hurdle is overcome we'll be dealing with State and Federal Departments of Education and commitments will (should) no longer be on the small scale.
Time will tell.
