    Excise price of FDLOA is 10c, and expiry date is sep 2008.
    If I buy FDLOA on 6C, when it has been executed. I need to pay another 4c to get FDL, or I have to pay 10c to get it. That means I have to pay 6c+10c to get FDL on sep 2008.
