yes money does move from the stock market to property and back again
thing is, money moves from the stock market to property when property is at a LOW and interest rates are LOW
When hous prices are high and start falling (at end of cycle) and interest rates are high or climbing then money moves from property back into the stock market.
have you heard of subprime? because i am wondering why you are confused.. subprime is the result of a falling housing market
