I don't underestimate ASIC at all, there is nothing illegal about buying shares on market, as long as the rules are followed.
And I haven't seen ASIC come out waving a flag saying everybody out!!
The fact they haven't come out waving any flags is a pretty good indication that they don't see a problem.
