Schmink mate go to bed it's too late for you. ASIC is a corporate regulator, not a shareholder regulator. The company is doing everything according to the law. The directors are acting impartially, the 3 directors that have links to other companies have withdrawn from any decision making on the take over, and the company itself has advised its shareholders to reject FAS offer. It cannot also vote for its shareholders, including myself. Grow up buddy, if you don;t have 1 million shares, your voice in this matter is as important as it is in BHP vs Rio matter.
