Interesting ... Garry Hounsell is not reporting the alleged 'appeal' of John Gandell ?? Myer reported when they won the case, so you would think if an appeal was lodged in March we would need to be told - it is an almost $20m rental / outgoings dispute ?

A warm and fuzzy early morning phone call yesterday from the friendly folk in compliance at Dominic Stevens’ ASX to Garry Hounsell’s Myer left the retailer confident that its nothing-to-see-here approach to disclosure was just fine.
