My mail is that Lindsay and management are not worried about them at all !!
They believe they will get thrown out as its the lawyers putting an appeal in because they can. No one will pay the lawyers as the taxpayer funding is finished and it will take a long time for anything to happen. Nothing can stop the drilling now, its full steam ahead.
