If you do look on http://portals.flexicadastre.com/drc/en/ for the Permit 13698 (Minocom), it can be a little confusing because the same area is also covered by Permit 13359 (Dathcom).

But the key is to look at the legend on the left which shows the colour of Permit 13698 as an exploitation permit - tailings, and Permit 13359 is a research permit.

Question is whether the tailings on site are over our resource preventing AVZ access and whether we can apply for a mining permit over the exploitation permit.
