Hi gtrade, don’t know much about it but we use something similar called one form- its really just an online application process i think it’s still very important to have a prop manager involved in the process especially when checking references, I for one wouldnt feel comfortable leasing out one of my properties through an automated system without pm interaction, besides what do I know Im in sales
