Have been thinking alot about this,the secured creditors if the mine can be sold off to get their money and only them what is stopping them from just walking in and take over,what is the difference a win win situation for them ,in my mind that says f#$% share holder's,the way it should play out feel is they took a chance a gamble same as us I say everyone involved should be paid in accordance with nbr of shares it is also the way the law's should work fair and just I rest my case !!!!!!
