    "ConVivo" as instrumentation support by Carl Zeiss AG for recent research as pointed out:

    FINANCIAL SUPPORT: This research was supported with funds from the Barrow Neurological foundation, the Woman's Board of the Barrow Neurological Institute, and the Newsome Chair in Neurosurgery Research to Dr. Preul. We appreciate material grant (instrumentation) support by the Carl Zeiss AG, Oberkochen, Germany. Zeiss had no influence on the study design, data acquisition, analysis, or paper preparation.
    ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: The author woud like to thank the staff at Neurosience Publications office at Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix, Arizona, for their support.
