Now they want to protect Brenner. You guessed why. Most want Wilkins to be Chairman but the board wants to protect her. This should not be acceptable the share price has already suffered enough during her tenure.
I guess the Australia winner of the year Simon Mckeon the previous Chair may have known the rort before he resigned.
