In answer to your questions, since you ask so many and listen so little, and refuse to respond to the points I make unless very selectively:

What were they doing? How about saving the fricking company so everyone can live for another day?

Unwinding the Diasource deal and finding another partner for them? You think the company wasn't on it's knees by then? Ask Bouris who at least had the honesty to observe that without the Diasource deal the company was headed for oblivion. Jeysus! That's a heck of an admission. By supposedly the Chief Strategist!

Even after Diasource went out of their way, when funding was a problem ADO still managed to underperform and failed to find partners and reach targets. You imagine this went unnoticed by Diasource? Of course they wanted out by the pretender ADO (who demonstrated themselves to be a bunch of amateurs with a few notable exceptions). Who wouldn't?

Why wouldn't they have wanted GC gone? That seems to be the sequence of events. They rumbled him.

You totally ignore the reality that the addiction to spending, irresponsibility in the sense that a deal was negotiated with the Canadians that fell over at the due diligence stage (WHY? ask yourself what the Canadians found that made them baulk?) and issuing of shares like confetti led to this state of affairs. Certainly we have overhang in the form of over a billion shares on issue.

All this is totally forgiveable to you? Shove it under the carpet? What happened to ADO's corporate governance that all this went on? Bouris spoke like an outsider.

I'm fascinated by this ADO forum. Seriously. Particularly the idea that GAs are only obtained with little effort on other forums. Seriously.

ADO is half comedy half tragedy. Sometimes one dominates more. Right now, I'm laughing incredulously.
