'they' is Digicel - not BUD. BUD works with the resellers to set terms they feel suit their market. each reseller has the key say on which approach within BUD's overall mix of approaches it will go with

Digicel has modified its own approach given the free trial installs are/were being gamed.

BUD will offer that insight to other resellers - but at this stage they havent said all contracts are being shifted to zero free trials.
