The US is extremely strange- to answer your question- yes momentum is up as far as MM.  I live in Massachusetts, pot is medically legal and recreational legal-  I think there are 14 states (maybe more) that passed recreational legalization and more voting to legalize everyday- even more are medically legal.

The kicker is- there is a stupid federal law listing pot as if it’s in same catagory as cocaine.   So even though states are fully legal, banks (federally backed) can’t be involved- there’s also the looming threat.  

Trump states this week, the feds will not intervene with any state that has legalized.   If the FDA approves (and all reports indicate they will) pot can NOT be listed as a class A drug because of its medical benefit.

This is HUGE.  The US pot stocks rallied this week, I suspect it will continue.   In June We have Canada voting/setting their date to be legal and the FDA vote- both look promising
