Aswon,
On the actual annoucement, the Brokers who are doing the issue say for any existing shareholders who wish to participate to contact them.
This means that we all can join the party, if we want, to obtain more.
But yet, by the looks of the markets, why join that when you can pickup stock for much less ;)
