I guess the orders at 5.1 are banking on people selling down their holdings to pay for the rights issue. That way you can effectively get free options. If you don't have the money handy this is what I would do. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure you always have the ability to convert options before an acquisition occurs.

The share price won't be here for long. A raise at 5.1c might seem low but one really needs to have some perspective and look at where SYA have come from in the last year. I think myself and many others on here have done their due diligence and look forward to the next couple of years.
