Slowing growth is not new - it can be seen in the numbers, and is arguably priced in at 1 x BV
There were rumblings on here about possibility of a CR - just saying this clearly is not an issue
While their growth in Aus is challenged by new entrants, canceling the div reinvestment sends the signal (a) they don't need additional funds and (b) believe the SP is undervalued
