Transparency in China an oxymoron--never going to happen. Sleaze and dishonesty are a way of life in the Middle Kingdom. Speaking of transparency, perhaps insider trading related halt on AVR shares. Maybe ASX can halt CLQ and dig into the sp manipulation??????
