I invested in 2016 MIS. I sure hope no one plants another tree for the next 5 years, as the price will explode in 2030 on lack of investment in new plantations now.
Prices for radiata pine are at their highest in 20 years. China has banned logging of all it's native forests. Something has to give as no ones giving up on consuming resources
