This is the checklist for High Level Surveillance activities

FYI - i have contacted Michael Malavazos today to enquire whether the PCD is considered a High or Low level surveillance activity, and he has confirmed it is a High level activity.

Landholders do have a dispute resolution process, however i ATLA have singed a land access agreement over a year ago, and the PCD site has been surveyed for cultural heritage items. I dont know what rights Alinta have over the area, but couldn't think it would be an issue for them.

The government bodies will still have some criteria upon which they rubber stamp their side - i.e. is the equipment fit for purpose, do LCK have adequate emergency plans and so on. Im sure LCK would have much of this documentation ready to go, may already be with DPC.
