your joking right? it is the result of falling house prices. if the house prices did not fall subprime would not exist

because subprime has not been over sold to millions of people in sydney, the australian subprime market is very tiny. the US one is huge, and was sold to milions of people and was sold to millions of people who shouldnt have even had a subprime mortgage...
