Placement - to friends not loyal retail supporters - to raise further funds means that there is more share to be issued and a diluting effect on the share price.
Many more placements to come, for example, US$30 to fund capital expenditure over next 12 months.
I could see the number of shares in 12 months time being 900,000,000 !!!
