One must analyse very carefully the Fundamentals of a Company before one looks at a Chart.
Should the Fundamentals appear "dodgy" ( and we ALL have our own criteria for what may be "dodgy'), one would stay Clear of such a stock.
Should the Chart of a stock with "dodgy" fundamentals, indicate a Loss = to that of CVI over the past few months, one would be EXTREMELY wary of investing Hard Earned Dollars in such a stock.
