I think I will buy some more at these levels. Having had dealings with a Commander a while back I formed the opinion that it was resting on it's lorals, their staff seemed disinterested, in following up the substantial business that was on offer from my company. Whilst this may have been an isolated case, I am taking a punt that the "new broom will sweep clean", and that a major turnaround will be performed.
