Well, they do have an obligation of continuous disclosure to maintain and any breaches can see directors banned from being a director for many years, so they do have to be careful. There was a dump of shares last week too, right about the time when we were told to expect visuals which never arrived, at least they haven't been released to the market yet. The ASX hasn't queried it yet, but we don't want to be suspended from trading for investigation of potential breaches of ASX listing rules like just happened with AVZ.
