Yes they have to release to market as the information comes to hand. But there are a million different ways to hold hold back information if a company wants to. Unfortunately that is just the reality of the market.
I am certainly not accusing MTC management of doing anything illegal.
I like MTC management and believe they will act in the best interest of shareholders
