    Hi NeedMoney,

My inkling is that this will jump well past the 15c mark on a coal ann ( depending on the size of the resource etc). Some have said 20c and then creeping upward from that, but Id rather not guess. Around mid last year the SP jumped up to around 11c in anticipation of good news, so I imagine it could at least return to that- still depends on coal quantities and JV conditions though.

A call to management informed me that they were optimistic about "January being the month".. I don't get my hopes up. I know something will happen eventually, hopefully sooner than later, but many holders have been stuck holding shares they bought at 9cents+ and I imagine they would be getting a bit tense.

CDS is a stock that can be loosely compared with FSE. Notice that on news it jumped up big time, then levelled off but then over the next few months slowly crept up and doubled again. If FSE will scoop the coal out faster than CDS and have a more aggressive accumulation of projects we could/ might/ hopefully see it outperform CDS.. I wont make a judgement on the first ann they release; who knows how many cards this management is holding?!?!

Once the JV is announced; we can expect the website to launched and we will start to see a company unfold.

Because this is a joint venture and they intend to dig out the coal ASAP ('hope to be well and truly in production within 2 years' was the comment made at the general meeting by M Smartt) this should climb fast. Also there are possibly more projects in the pipeline. The extra shares to be issued need to be allocated within 3months according to ASX rules so we should hear something soon.

So I imagine there should be two anns soon; one for the original project(s) previously mentioned and another unknown one to be funded by the shares issue. Don't sell short on the first ann IMO; reading between the lines I suspect there is more going on behind the scenes than people realize.

These are my thoughts and expectations only..it isn't gospel and most of us posters have been wrong in our hopeful predictions of when an ann will be made. DYOR

    Kind regards CT
