I admit I dont quite get the whole panic.

MFS makes money and has expanded rapidly.

Their operations including MFS NZ make money, quite a lot of it.

Stella and the travel business appear to do well so why change anything. Some liabilities of Stella would be travel related and not interest bearing.

For one, I would be happy to see the next couple of dividends skipped or reduced if necessary until everything settles down.
