mandurah props most expensive in oz

pretty certain axi was holding all that land at mandurah, then with 2 partners, including mbl were developing the land and selling the props...................all good for axi..........prior to that time, I bought axi when mbl came on board.........former managers were selling the land at a loss..........what a change of fortune its been since then.......but now axi has changed and into commercial property deals as well
very undervalued company atm at .30........it will be easy money if you can take a longer term view/..........of only about 2 years or less..........think it will be more of a commercial property company than residential.........
or it will be taken out by its partners
