Not sure what you mean. Socialists do, I would suggest, view world as a zero-sum-game.
"I'm poor because he's rich."
That's why they are so focused on re-distribution. However, real wealth is all about entrepreneurship, innovation, and doing more with less. So no, I do not think in zero-sum terms.
