This is coercive behaviour (use of company organisational force); and is equivalent to "share splitting" which is disallowed by the regulator - I.e. Actions to change the shareholder voting profile. We said in earlier posts that the small shareholders were contacting those with minor parcels and this looks like their after the fact response. Hopefully this disqualifies the 19000+ referred to, which means we are much closer to the 5% of holders needed to request AGO to call a meeting!
Can someone please raise this with the regulator?
This could be excellent news for us - perhaps the BOD have finally done something to help us small SHs.
