I think wage growth is the answer and we are not seeing that yet. Once we do then occupancy rates will go up. GEM has been using funds to train and upgrade AND to retire debt. WE can't really ask any company to do more than that. "Challenging circumstances" is just that - and challenges can be met and overcome.
Having said that, GEM is still in a solvent position and I suspect the next 12 months won't be bad for GEM. The opportunity to accumulate GEM at the moment is magnificent.
