Agreed.
The interim managing director and the non-executive director held board positions through the entirety of the lead-up to the 'shock' announcement earlier this month, including all the communications to shareholders on the steady progression towards production, plus the cash raises.
One was chairman, one was company secretary/non-exec director.
The most charitable interpretation of what has happened is that they simply didn't know what was going on in the business.
