i suppose negotiations with xstrata have been in progress for some time and the deal had to be announced to the market when signed - not a bad move in terms of DYL stitching up the u3o8 rights over xstrata land, but I agree that DYL should be in no rush to go splashing cash around to get holes drilled etc - save all that for Namibia in 2008 ...
