i think you have missed the point - control and future direction of the company. If you wish to retain please do so but remember do not complain when the company is stalled in its progress - that is what you will have voted for.
In my post I assumed that rudd and others will convert if Falak is successful in his challenge - this would give FAS 40% but potentially more as alliances with these directors would probably follow suit. At the moment Wilson and Marko have said they support the GWR position - what will they say if booted !!!!
subsequently you may demand a higher price but your position is severely compromised by the high % FAS currently holds and their strategic alliances within the company. My experience it is easy to band large holders together rather than small investors.
there will also be a lot of people who neither care or understand the up coming vote and subsequently will not vote - many will view the FAS % as being too high and perceive their vote as subsequently not counting.!!!
