Yes - but many of these who do not object to their shares being sold (due to being disinterested in the whole thing) were not likely to vote NO to the TO anyway (they are not-interested because there parcels are small) - which would mean management would vote them YES anyway.
My conclusion is that this buyback will have uncertain effects on our prospects for winning the NO vote.
