The EGM voting result was a great disappointment. It is incredible that only 20% of shareholders were for the change. After 14 years of nothing, one would expect a desire for change. I think it comes down to apathy. Oh well- I sold my holding of 11 years at a great loss. I hope that you who have stayed will have some luck with it over the time, but don't hold your breath. It seems that the merger will also be a disaster, just look at how BFC is doing, their results and shares sliding to all time low - some 30%!! within a month.
Good lock all and keep the DDT directors in their jobs doing what they do best - nothing to benefit you.
It is sad.
