I also totally disagree. The neighborhood affect is very real in many contexts. And, of course, what one's neighbor does is very relevant to those in the immediate neighborhood, especially right next door. Imagine that a neighbor forgoes all maintenance and repair on their home and soon it is dilapidated. Guess what that does your home value? Or, if their home is torn down and replaced by a luxury home with twice the value, what does that do to your home value? But, specifically, in this Clean TeQ/cobalt context, time is of the essence. Begin production ASAP while there is something approaching panic in terms of assured supply. Get the best "deals" when concern is at such heightened levels. Come along later when other producers already may have come online and perhaps there will be a somewhat better balance between supply and demand and "pay the price". In short, make hay while the sun[rise] shines. The company is hyper aware of this as evidenced by the pre-purchase of autoclaves, acquisition of 300-bed residential complex and now the extra cash to shift the "coming out" into fast forward. These folks know exactly what they are doing--all the more reason to jump aboard for the ride!
