there is no facts to your analyses @ all i respect your concerns & your opinions but its all speculations at its best did you ever think the opposite way that the Board wanted free options & Louis said NO & that's why Bolto resigned hence the comment @ every Resolution for each Director ( if thought fit ) to me its just sour Grapes by the sounds of it
