Yes, it looks as if they have made a rather loose interpretation of facts.
Suppose someone will sort them out.
Mind you if Bloomingdales are happy with sales in the future surely the parent company would be interested as well unless Bloomingdales have some sort of exclusivity by being in the top end of the market.
