Nice post Alex, remember Sept/Oct PCK was all over the news, newspapers and social media all of which was free courtesy of Hazel Hawkes daughter being the face of our Co.
With DSA and DTA spruiking our product like they did in March at Curtin University and Health Metrics signing a commercial agreement I do think word of mouth is is your best form of advertising, esp in the Aged Care sector.
I do believe marketing will increase once the App goes live to the general market as there could be quite a large market share in June to attract imo.
